Stephen has been doing my color for 20 years and is a true color specialist. I get compliments on my hair from both friends and strangers. Stephen at Stephens’s in Cardiff has been doing my hair for over 20 years. He does a great job with both color and hair cuts. The salon is small, friendly, and professional. He does a great job with “problem” hair too. I have thinning hair on the top and Stephen has a way to cut it so that you can’t see any scalp at all! I’m lucky that I found Stephen’s in Cardiff as I get a lot of compliments on my hair and that makes me feel good. 5 stars!–Debi B
